Travis founded the company in 2006 with a primary goal to exceed our clients expectations by increasing their productivity and profitability with a total commitment to the improvement of their processes. Prior to Sand Solutions Limited, Travis was a senior technical support analyst and POS support manager for many years with Transaction Network Services, a POS transaction processing company, where he built and sustained a highly capable support team. By consistantly performing key functions such as performance management, recruitment and staff development Travis consistantly exceeded client expectations.
In 2005, Travis joined Deltek® and performed as a Senior Technical Support Analyst with their Costpoint® and Time, Expense and Self-Service® products. In this role, Travis was the principal lead for all technical support issues and received all critical escalations. Travis was further selected by senior management and performed as a Product Extension Consultant, providing custom software development for Costpoint and TE products.
Travis is currently attending Boston University's Graduate School program for a Master's in Banking and Financial Management.
Travis also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland in Computer Information Science and an Associate's degree from Northern Virginia Community College in Network Administration.
He is now expanding as an Independant Software Vendor (ISV), providing custom software solutions to government contractors.
